This is a five series course. A comprehensive course that will cover several areas of life. Our Life Skills course is designed to help individuals address multiple areas of personal growth and development.

The course consists of five modules: Parenting or Basic computer, anger management, mental health, substance abuse, and grief and loss. By combining these areas of focus, the program provides a holistic approach to personal wellness and self-improvement.
