The goal of anger management is to minimize both your emotional feelings and the physiological awakening that anger causes.

You can’t get rid of, or avoid, the things or the people that antagonize you, nor can you change them, but you can learn to control your reactions.

You will learn the three types of Anger; Passive Aggression, Open Aggression, and Assertive Aggression.

We will also study the five stages of Anger: Trigger, Escalation, Crisis, Recovery, and Depression.
